We mainly use Salonkee on our mobile phones because the internet at our location isn’t always stable. Everything works perfectly this way - scheduling clients, adjusting appointments - it’s all easy and fast.

How do you experience Salonkee’s support?

It's very easy to contact Salonkee's customer service via the “I need help” button. I've been in regular contact with Yoan and Lee, and I always get a quick response — even for more complex questions.

How do your clients respond to online booking?

Clients now mainly book through the Salonkee app. In the beginning, it took a bit of getting used to, but now it goes very well. We recommend everyone to use the Salonkee app, and that works perfectly.
