Can you tell us about the challenges you faced before joining Salonkee?

I used another application, but it was entirely in English, which made things difficult for many of my clients. The only real advantage was the automatic confirmation system: when clients received a reminder, they had to click to confirm their appointment. That reassured us a lot. But apart from that, there were many limitations and issues.
